Welcome to Edition 11 of Crafted!

Hi there,

Welcome to the tenth issue of the Crafted newsletter!

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend! I got back really late from London last night after our Tech.eu Summit. It was a well-run event with some really fantastic speakers, and I also loved the opportunity to catch up with people in person. That said, my brain is now rather fried and requires some quiet time sitting on the balcony reading.

I'm heading off to Estonia on Tuesday for Latitude (and a few days off) if anyone would like to catch up! I adore Tallinn.

Here are my recommendations for this week

Love this work by Robert Strati:

I love this post as I have always adored reading and I hate book snobbery (alrighty with a few caveats like Dan Brown hehe). I've always been an avid reader - I usually read at least two books a week, and I enjoy popular fiction, especially crime fiction. I studied literature and creative writing for a couple of years at university alongside my criminology courses. Some of the book people were just unsufferable!

Congratulations if you made it this far. I haven't really got around to promoting my newsletter, but it would be great if you could share this newsletter with someone who doesn’t know it yet,

Have a great rest of the weekend!

— Cate
